Prefer email? privacy@ifutureart.ru — we look there less often, so the form gets to us faster. In Telegram there is also @Paintbyapp_bot.
We are a small team and we read every message ourselves — nobody filters them first. You do not need a problem to write to us, and you do not need to be formal about it.
Something the app is missing, or something that gets in your way.
A subject, a mood, a place — the catalogue grows out of these.
The app will not open, colours look wrong, progress vanished.
A question about points, achievements, bonuses or a payment.
You cannot sign in, the account is blocked, or you want your data deleted.
We genuinely like getting those — and we write back.
